Alleged state capture kingpins Rajesh and Atul Gupta were arrested in Dubai on 2 June after Interpol issued a red notice for them on charges of fraud and money-laundering. Their arrest has been lauded as the most significant state capture development in recent times. 

The arrest itself was decidedly undramatic Karyn Maughan, specialist legal journalist wrote. She joined News24 editor-in-chief Adriaan Basson, assistant editor for in-depth news Pieter du Toit, and top political analyst Mpumelelo Mkhabela on Tuesday for a Frontline discussion during which they unpacked the steps needed to ensure the Gupta brothers have their day of reckoning.
