Istanbul - Foreign nationals are among the 10 dead in a suicide bombing in a tourist area of Istanbul, Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus says.
Two of the 15 injured are in serious condition, the minister says.
The bomber is Syrian and was born in 1988, Kurtulmus says, adding that the attack is a "reverberation" of the fighting in neighbouring Syria.
Among the injured are several Germans, according to Turkish media reports.
