Having one child is hard enough, I can only imagine having twins!

It's obviously twice as hard because as much as they were born at the same time from the same mother, twins are individuals with different personalities, something local celeb Luthando "Loot Love" Shosha knows all about.

First-time mom to twin girls Zanothando and Sisizwe, who her followers affectionately nicknamed Hip and Hop (no word on which is which), the famous mommy recently commemorated a year in her new role with this honest post about motherhood².

"This is the real image... it tells the story best," she wrote captioning the less than perfect, but realistic, image of herself mid struggle one twin under each arm.

We love that she has never been shy about sharing both the perfect moments, and the moments where she was vulnerable because in all honesty (and as most moms know all too well) being a mother is not easy.

From figuring out sleep routines and eating habits, to worrying about whether your baby has a heat rash or if this is the start of an eczema outbreak, you're winging it most of the time, with no idea if what you are doing is right or not.

And while she hasn't flooded her fans with mom advice, the star has given us a few tidbits worth sharing.

Here's a look at some of the top twin mom advice Loot Love has shared over the past year:

Appreciate your miracle

"The greatest love I’ve ever known. The greatest gift I’ve ever received".

Prepare to get super messy

The star posted on Insta when her babies started solids, admitting that "a lot" happens during feeding time.

Release the pressure

"My girls were 3 months old here... it was such a trying time... I'm thinking about how far I've come and how little credit I've given myself," she wrote.

"How quickly I adjusted but also how much pressure I put on myself to 'figure it out...' You learn a lot, you really do, but I don't think you really ever truly figure it out."

Loot's message to moms is clear: "You’re doing so damn great! Ask for help and don’t forget to take time to rest."
