peanut butter cravings
I have peanut butter and toast cravings every day. Is it safe to that eat every day or am I supposed to avoid eating peanuts altogether? I'm 23 weeks pregnant. There is no known peanut allergies in my family.

Peanut butter is great source of protein. Peanut butter on toast can give you an extra protein boost.  There's no real evidence that being exposed to peanuts or peanut butter in the womb will increase a child’s risk of having a peanut allergy.

Neither the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) nor the medical literature indicates that peanut butter is unsafe to eat during pregnancy. There isn’t any proven risk of passing along an allergy to the baby. Enjoy your peanut butter in moderation.
