You may have noticed a few changes to Parent24 recently...

We've launched a fresh new design with a new logo, and we've also developed some content exclusively for subscribers.

What does this mean for you?

Only that Parent24 has done some growing up over the past year or two, but that we will keep offering you the same helpful, informative, reassuring and insightful advice, tips, news and information that we always have.

A small selection of our articles will now only be available to subscribers (for just R75 a month, subscribers have access to all the subscriber content available across the News24 sites, not just Parent24) while the majority will still be free to our readers.

We're still free!

We want to stress that our readers will still have access to all our free matric exam papers and study resources, plenty of up to date legal advice and expert help, as well as sweet local and international stories to make you smile, so stick around.

Our weekly In Case You Missed It newsletter that keeps you up to date with the top stories of the week is still free to read, so if you haven't signed up yet you can do that here.

You can also still mail us your questions and concerns, and we will search out answers where possible. We accept anonymous contributions and we won't share your details on personal questions either, so send your stories to

For subscribers

We now also have an exclusive education themed newsletter called Bright Spark just for subscribers.

Subscribers will be able to read and post comments on articles, which is very valuable for parents looking for more information, asking questions and sharing experiences.

Subscribers will also be able to listen to articles, again handy for busy parents! (Have you seen our free podcast series? Listen here!)

We know how important it is for parents to share knowledge, so subscribers will be able to share five articles a month with non-subscribed friends and family.

As a subscriber you can also read e-editions of YOU, Drum, True Love and City Press, so there's plenty of exclusive content for you.

And then, just for Parent24 readers, we have a WhatsApp line that you can send your stories and questions too.

If you're considering subscribing, find out more here.

What else can you look forward to?

We have an online event planned, many more informative podcasts in the works, plenty of expert advice for new parents, a lot of complex legal reader questions to answer, pages and pages of education advice to help you help your kids excel at school and much more coming your way, so watch this space!

Share your stories and questions with us via email at chatback @ Anonymous contributions are welcome.

Don't miss a story!
