WATCH | Couple deliver baby in the car on the way to the hospital

Nolan 'Kent' Rodgers from Michigan, USA could not wait to get to the hospital before making his grand entrance. 

Retelling the story of their son's unique birth, parents Julie Dan Rodgers and Josh Rodgers say that they had to stop their vehicle half-way to the hospital to deliver Nolan. 

Josh says he was in deep shock when he realised his son had arrived.

The local Fire Department received a call and rushed to the freeway where they were told that there was a child birth in progress, only to discover that the baby was already born. 

Paramedics Nathan Ruszala and Alan Hamilton were so surprised when they arrived at the scene to find the couple was very calm about the situation. 

The couple named their baby boy Nolan 'Kent' Rodgers after the name of the road he was born on. What a great way to arrive!
