Dwayne Johnson "fully expects" Justin and Hailey Bieber to start a family next year.
His prediction comes after seeing the adorable image of Justin holding his wife's newborn niece, Iris.
And clearly, The Rock has a point.
In the Instagram post, Justin described the newborn as "the most squishy cute gumdrop ever!"
"She’s so precious!" He wrote.
