Breastfeeding 101



Choosing to breastfeed is one of the best choices you can make for your baby. But it doesn't come naturally to everyone and sometimes the babies need some help too. It can be incredibly daunting when as a new mother you expect baby to just know what do to, and some of them do, there's a fair amount of them that don't.

There are so many issues that come with breastfeeding, from latching problems, different positions, cracked and bleeding nipples or even just problems with supply.
