How to deal with sleep deprivation

Parents know that sleep is ridiculously hard to come by when there are little humans running around. Even when they're supposed to be asleep, they manage to keep parents from getting any shut eye.

Of course, then there's trying to fit in a moment to shower, maybe eat something and, who knows, wash that t-shirt you've been wearing for 3 days? Basically, being a parent, especially to young kids is rough on the sleep schedule.
