Playing, learning, hunting for bugs and pretending to be a pirate all take a lot out of you at the end of the day. Your pre-schooler needs not only energy to keep them going but foods that are fun.

Try these recipes out and have some fun with finger foods. Don’t forget the wet wipes!

Breakfast time!

Warm, soft and ever so yummy. What could be better than a delicious homemade muffin for your little adventurer to tuck into before starting his day?
