Fun and creative food ideas for kids

Preparing a delicious and healthy meal for your child is no guarantee that your little one will eat a single bite of food once it's placed in front of them. In fact, the more effort, the less likely it is for a child to want to partake of the food you've worked so hard to make. It's some sort of crazy science! (It's not but it might as well be.)

We want to help so we've collected some fun and creative kid food ideas that may just trick your kids. Toast shaped like an owl may just be the thing to inspire your child to eat something other than instant noodles.

PIRATE BENTO BOX

I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday! I took a little break from themed lunches while Jake was off school. Today's lunch is pirates! Strawberries on "sword" picks (or the closest I could find, anyway!) A pirate-face babybel, some gold chocolate coins, a treasure map made of cheese-on-toast, and a pirate ship sandwich! ??
