It's ok to be tired and to seek help when you spot red flags

They say motherhood is a beautiful and messy journey and as a mom of two toddlers - a 1-year-old boy who is at his experimenting stage, touching everything and anything, and a 3-yerapold who acts like a teenager who is trying to find herself - I can really attest to the fact that as mothers, we are overwhelmed, we are tired... and it is okay for us to break down. 

For mothers, Covid-19 introduced new ways of doing things - like working from home, having to attend meetings while managing remote schooling and daily chores. 

Our bosses have become used to the "please excuse the background noise" as our children demand attention while we try to work.
