'Children are lacking vital foundations': Local survey reveals concerning data

A poll conducted by the South African Teachers' Union (SAOU) has revealed eye-opening data on what educators have to say about teaching during the Covid-19 pandemic.

With responses from more than 4 000 of its members, the survey covered several topics such as, "... the curriculum and the possible backlogs", as well as, "... Covid-19 vaccinations and the status of educators as a high-risk group".
