Little Hannah Stibbles is believed to be UK's smallest premature baby in 20 years following after Aaliyah Hart broke the record in 2003 weighing at least 340 grams.
Hannah who weighed at least 325 grams at birth was given a 20% chance of survival by doctors.
At 22 weeks gestation, Ellie along with her partner Brandon Stibbles was told that their baby was not developing at a normal rate after discovering that Hannah's size was equivalent to a 16-week-old foetus.
At the time, Paton was also diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, although she was not given a date for a C-section.
Three weeks later, on 29 December, teen mom Paton woke up to excruciating stomach and chest pains that led to her being rushed to hospital around 11 pm and she gave birth after 1 am on 30 December.
Little Hannah has already gained 25 grams since birth but must stay in hospital until 13 April despite the progress she's made so far.
