"I've never known that somebody could pee as much as you do when you're pregnant."

After announcing her pregnancy in June, former Pretty Little Liars actress Shay Mitchell is now sharing her pregnancy journey via her YouTube channel series, Almost Ready

In a recent episode, Shay got a bit too honest about how intense it's been keeping her bladder in check, admitting that she's now resorted to wearing adult diapers.

"Honestly, guys, I've never known that somebody could pee as much as you do when you're pregnant," she admitted to her stylist Monica Rose, before revealing her pregnancy "tips and tricks."

"I swear to God, in like a half an hour, I went to the bathroom probably about 22 times last night, to the point where I was like, I'm f-ing wearing diapers."
