Ashley Tisdale has opened up about the journey with her body after giving birth and urges moms not to compare their bodies with other women. 

The High School Musical actor gave birth to a daughter named Jupiter Iris French in March and admits that she still has some hang-ups about her figure despite a vigorous workout regimen

"There are so many models and influencers that I've compared my own personal journey of 'bouncing back' to, and then I'm like, wait, they just had a baby, and they look like that?" Tisdale said, sharing her feelings in a blog post. 

She went on to say that she's since realised she was putting unnecessary pressure on herself and is encouraging new moms not to fall into the same unhealthy way of thinking. 

"It's important not to communicate negative feelings towards our own bodies".
