The late Marc Wiehe recognized Brad's enthusiasm and
onboarded him as a farm worker, at L'Avenir estate. Brad spent nearly three
years at L'Avenir, gaining foundational skills from Francois Naude, before moving
into a marketing position.
Three years at Vinimark were followed by a stint as brand development manager with Distell, after qualifying as South Africa's youngest wine master – aged only 25.
