Training for a stage race as a pro is easy. Well, sort of. It's their job.

And for most of the day, they are recovering in the best possible way, which includes an afternoon nap for many.

But what about the day job pro? The 'athlete' that works a 'nine-hour' day and then puts in the cycling hours after work?
