Cape Town - Jacques Kallis was again the unfortunate victim of a bowler reaching a milestone when India's Zaheer Khan dismissed him at the Wanderers on Sunday.

Kallis was dismissed lbw for 34 in the drawn first Test, albeit in somewhat unlucky circumstances. Replays showed he clearly got an inside edge onto his pads, but with India not agreeing to use the decision review system, Kallis had to accept his fate.

According to Die Burger's website, Kallis was also West Indian great Courtney Walsh's 500th victim in Port-of-Spain in 2001, as well as Australian leg-spinner Shane Warne's 300th victim in Sydney in 1998.

Interestingly, when Walsh dismissed Kallis lbw 12 years ago the umpire also missed an inside edge onto his pads.

Khan is the fourth Indian bowler to achieve 300 Test wickets. Anil Kumble (619), Kapil Dev (434) spinner Harbhajan Singh (413) are the others.
