Zim opt to bat against Bangladesh

Khulna - Zimbabwe captain Elton Chigumbura won the toss and elected to bat against Bangladesh in the first Twenty20 international of a four-match series at the Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna on Friday.

Bangladesh handed batsman Nurul Hasan and all-rounder Shuvagata Hom Twenty20 international debuts while leaving out Imrul Kayes, Abu Haider and Arafat Sunny.

Chamu Chibhabha, Neville Madziva, Taurai Muzarabani, Tendai Chisoro, Richmond Mutumbami are not playing for Zimbabwe.
