WATCH | A look back at 2 aces by SA's best at Masters Par-3 Contest

Today - Wednesday, 8 April - was due to be the Par-3 Contest at the 2020 Masters.

The Masters, initially scheduled for this week at Augusta National, has been rescheduled for 12-15 November.

Here follows a look back at two of the hole-in-ones recorded by South Africans in recent years:

Gary Player

In 2016, the South African legend became the oldest golfer in Par-3 history to hit an ace, breaking the age mark of 75 set by playing partner Jack Nicklaus the previous year.

Player was one of nine golfers to hit a hole-in-one on that day - click here to see all nine.

The eight-time major champion boasts a record four hole-in-one's in the Par-3 Contest.

Dylan Frittelli

In 2018, Frittelli made his debut Masters appearance and recorded his first ace at Augusta.
