Poor coaching is responsible

We should rather look how we can consolidate. We have good players sitting on the bench week in and week out not being utilized whilst other teams battle.

Our coaches should learn that a good team starts at a well conditioned team followed by going the basics right. We fail to do this. I would like to see the injury stats of the other conferences.

Get rid of non performing coaches. It seems like we are stuck with antiquated coaches who have either forgotten that the game has developed or are just bad at change management, their own change management. A good example of this is Mr. Coetzee in Cape Town. Over rates, over paid and under performing

In a well managed corporate organization our coaches would not last two years. Except for Mr White.

Lastly the players. You are being paid to play the game and to entertain us the paying spectator. Start doing your job. The SA public will performance manage you by not returning to the stadia. I forgot it is not important. The fat cats make more money from television rights than filling the stadiums. They would make money with empty stadia.
