In light of the the forced 60% quotas he might have a point. And I'm not saying because we have bad black players, but the good ones destined for big rugby will be forced to play earlier, and stand the risk of falling out because they're not ready for big rugby. This means it will take a lot longer to get SA Rugby on a good standard again, because good players will be lost due to injuries.
