Not one of the managers mentioned to take Moyes place is long term managers. They float around from club to club and most owners are blinded by the coaches ability due to using money to solve the problems by buying the best players. All the good players are at Man City, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern. Look at AC Milan and the other Italian clubs struggling to compete with Europes elite. The top clubs have bought all the best and to get them away you have to pay big bucks. Moyes has never looked at buying the best but developing players.
Unfortuantaly people of today has no patience and the fall guy today (Moyes) will come back to bite MU. United will need to spend 500million euros to be tops again and that is fact. The same as MC and Chelsea and Barcelona and RM. They buying titles not winning them. Coaching is an art and 'coaches' of the said teams will not be able to succeed without the cheque books avaiable. Moyes refused to go and spend crazy when given the job and this is what cost him his.
