Cape Town - The All Blacks, nursing plenty of bumps and bruises following their win over the Springboks, have been given the week off to recover.

The All Blacks successfully defended their Rugby Championship campaign when they beat the Boks 38-27 in a highly entertaining encounter in Johannesburg last weekend.

Their next Test is a Bledisloe Cup encounter with the Wallabies in Dunedin next Saturday (October 19).

In an interview with Newstalk ZB, coach Steven Hansen said they will only assemble for practice next Tuesday.

"We'll get home and it'll be about recovering again," he said.

The All Blacks have already wrapped up the Bledisloe Cup and have won nine straight Tests this year.
