Cape Town - Despite the Springboks' record breaking Rugby Championship victory over Argentina at the FNB Stadium last Saturday, bookmakers are still confident the All Blacks will be crowned this year's tournament champions.

The Boks beat the Pumas 73-13, scoring nine tries in the process, to take an early lead in the standings.

The All Blacks, who were impressive in their 47-29 victory over the Wallabies in Sydney earlier the same day, are second on the log, on points difference.

Leading SA bookies, Marshalls, have installed the All Blacks as 11/50 favourites to win the title for an astonishing 12th time, while the Boks can be backed as 4/1 second-favourites. The Wallabies are on offer at 20/1, while the Pumas are rank 250/1 outsiders.

In Saturday's Round 2 fixtures, the All Blacks will host Australia in Wellington (09:35 SA time). The All Blacks will retain the Bledisloe Cup should they emerge victorious.

The the later match, Argentina welcome the Springboks to Mendoza (21:10 SA time).
