Cape Town - Springbok flyhalf Morné Steyn says he is ready for the expected rainy conditions in their Rugby Championship Test against the All Blacks in Auckland on Saturday (kick-off 09:35 SA time).

The expected wet conditions mean tactical and goal-kicking will be of utmost importance in determining the outcome of the match at Eden Park.

Steyn, in an interview with Die Burger's website, said the conditions do not bother his team, as they are able to adapt and play "any sort of game".

He also stated that the rainy conditions will put more responsibility on Nos 9, 10 and 15 - with the pivot now confident in his game after an indifferent 2012 season.

Steyn's goal-kicking has been pin-point this season - he boasts an 89% success rate and currently tops the Rugby Championship charts with 63 points after only three games.

So with a tight game expected on Saturday, goal-kicking will be vital, which makes Steyn's presence all the more important in the Springboks' quest to claim their first win at Eden Park since 1937.

Coach Heyneke Meyer on Wednesday named an unchanged match-23 from the team that beat Australia 38-12 in Brisbane last week.
