Boks leapfrog Wallabies in latest rankings

Cape Town - Following their 37-15 Rugby Championship win over Argentina, the Springboks have moved up one spot to fourth in the official World Rugby rankings.

Allister Coetzee's Springboks leapfrogged Australia, who were beaten 54-34 at home by New Zealand.

Following their win in Sydney, the All Blacks increased their cushion over England at the top of the rankings to more than five points.

Meanwhile, Argentina dropped one place to 10th following their loss in Port Elizabeth, with Fiji filling their vacancy in ninth to match their previous best position.

The Boks now have 84.51 rating points, three-tenths more than the Wallabies, while Los Pumas are now a third of a point behind Fiji on 79.15 points.
