Cape Town - Former Springbok flank Rob Louw has criticised the national team’s performance after a 26-24 loss to Argentina in Salta.
After witnessing only South Africa’s second ever loss to Los Pumas, Louw took to criticise the Boks.
He compared them to the West Indies cricket side, who are nowadays a shadow of the mighty Caribbean outfit that dominated world cricket in the 1970s and ‘80s.
I am actually embarrassed !— Rob Louw (@roblouw6) August 27, 2016
So true we are becoming like West Indies cricket brilliant individuals but no coaching and no cohesiveness !— Rob Louw (@roblouw6) August 27, 2016
Louw, 61, played 19 Tests for the Springboks between 1980 and 1984. The Boks won 15 of the Tests he played in - a 78.94 win percentage.
