Welshman to referee All Blacks v Boks

Cape Town - Wales’ Nigel Owens will referee the Saturday’s Rugby Championship encounter between New Zealand and South Africa in Wellington (kick-off 09:35 SA time).

Owen will be assisted by Frenchman Pascal Gauzere and Australia’s Nic Berry, while England’s Rowan Kitt will be the television match official (TMO).

Meanwhile, Ireland’s John Lacey will referee the later game between Australia and Argentina on the Gold Coast (12:00 SA time).

Lacey will be assisted by the New Zealand duo of Glen Jackson and Paul Williams, with another Kiwi, Glenn Newman, in the TMO booth.
