Cape Town - Stormers captain Siya Kolisi is bracing for a milestone appearance at Newlands on Saturday when he earns his 100th Super Rugby cap.
The 26-year-old Springbok has struggled to find his best form this year, but signs over the past two weekends suggest that he is back on the right track.
With a larger-than-usual crowd expected in Cape Town Saturday for what is always a heated derby against the Bulls, Kolisi will be given a rousing reception when he takes to the field in front of his home supporters.
As part of his centenary celebrations, Kolisi will wear a pair of custom made boots for the occasion.
The Stormers posted a picture to their Twitter page on Friday of Kolisi holding up his special footwear, while a number of others took to social media to congratulate then man known as 'The Bear' ahead of his big day.
Hooker Scarra Ntubeni, meanwhile, will earn his 50th Super Rugby cap when he comes off the bench.
Kick-off is at 15:05.
