Cape Town - Former Stormers wing Gerhard van den Heever will start against his former team when the Sunwolves visit Newlands on Saturday.
Van den Heever, who played for the Stormers in 2012 and 2013, has been a standout player for the Sunwolves this season.
There are five changes to the Sunwolves team that lost 42-19 at home to the Brumbies last weekend.
Four of those five changes are up front as captain and Dan Pryor misses out and is replaced by Shuhei Matsuhashi at No 7, while Ryota Hasegawa also comes into the loose trio for Yoshitaka Tokunaga.
There are also two changes to the front row as Conan O’Donnell and Jaba Bregvadze both come off the bench to start in place of Takuma Asahara and Nathan Vella respectively.
The only change to the backline sees Josh Timu replace Jason Emery at outside centre.
Saturday's clash at Newlands is scheduled for 17:15.
