The Omicron Covid-19 variant wreaked havoc with United Rugby Championship fixtures a few weeks ago.

Cardiff Rugby, who were scheduled to play in South Africa, were one of four teams that had their fixtures postponed.

Their troubles had just begun, however, as they struggled to get out of the country while waiting on permission to return from the Welsh government.

Once the team returned, they had to spend another 14 days in quarantine.

But there was a happy ending for prop Corey Domachowski as he was united with his family on Tuesday.

And if the excitement of his adorable daughter is anything to go by, his family are happy that daddy's finally home.

WATCH below as he surprises her on his return.
