Cape Town - Former All Blacks prop Carl Hayman will lump his 120kg frame up Malaysia's highest mountain in aid of charity.

According to the Stuff website, Hayman will join Jonny Wilkinson on a four-day trek next month in aid of raising money for the Jonny Wilkinson Foundation whose aim is to conquer mental health issues in communities as well as inspiring and helping individuals.

The pinnacle of the trek will be Mount Kinabalu in Borneo which stands at 4 095m and is a World Heritage site.

Wilkinson hopes to raise around $22 000.

Hayman and Wilkinson (both 36-years-old) were team-mates at French club Toulon where they enjoyed Top 14 and European Champions Cup success.

Hayman captained Toulon to a hat-trick of titles before retiring last year, having played 145 matches for the wealthy club.
