Chelsea have reportedly turned their attention towards Leicester City full-back Ben Chilwell after wrapping up a deal for RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner.
Several reports on Thursday have claimed that the Germany international has agreed on personal terms on a £200 000-a-week contract with Chelsea as he looks set to move to west London.
The Blues have already wrapped up a deal for Ajax's Hakim Ziyech, who will join this summer for £37 million, and now Werner is set to leave RB Leipzig with Chelsea reportedly prepared to pay his £54 million release clause.
And now Goal claims that 'Chelsea are actively working towards securing the signing of' Chilwell from Leicester with the left-back 'being pursued with the same energy as their latest two signings'.
The Foxes 'haven't put a price tag on their key asset' which is likely to lead to more 'complicated' talks than those with Werner and Ziyech as both players had release clauses.
Leicester and Chelsea are both well-placed to finish in the Champions League spot this season but if the Blues were to fail to qualify then that could make a deal harder.
