Banyana Banyana legend Amanda Dlamini believes Orlando Pirates need to address their consistency after suffering a 2-0 defeat at Black Leopards on Sunday.
The Soweto giants were aiming to keep themselves in touch with the DStv Premiership front-runners with a win at Lidoda Duvha, but instead found themselves on the receiving end of a defeat.
Pirates have now lost two of their last four league games and slipped eight points behind leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.
"I think that has always been Orlando Pirates' biggest problem or biggest challenge. It is that lack of consistency," Dlamini told SuperSport TV.
"They do well in one game or two games and the third one on the road probably they lose it. So, I think for them, it has been about consistency.
"But of course, there are a lot of factors which attributed to their loss today. They will go back and try to rectify.
"It doesn't make them a bad team overnight, but of course you need that quality from them. They are seasoned campaigners.
"They should be able to deal with these kinds of situations. For them I think, it is just back to the drawing board for them as usual."
