Cape Town - Cape Town City boss John Comitis says he has no intention of selling captain Lebogang Manyama or any of the club's key players.

Manyama has been in inspired form for the newly-formed club, scoring nine goals in all competitions and playing a big part overall in ensuring his side went into the Christmas break as Telkom Knockout champions, while also sharing top spot in the league table with SuperSport United and Bidvest Wits.

Comitis says he is determined to keep the current side together and that he won't be entertaining any talk of selling players.

"No South African money can buy Manyama - or any of the players - in this next transfer window. We have our eye on more silverware and remain focused.

"We are not a selling club. We promised Cape Town a team that they could be proud of," he told Soccer Laduma.
