Bidvest Wits coach Gavin Hunt was satisfied with collecting an away point against Polokwane City at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Tuesday.

The university club failed to capitalize after Polokwane were reduced to 10-men after Thapelo Tshilo was given his marching orders.

Despite the stalemate, Wits have made a strong start to the season, boasting three wins in their opening four fixtures.

"When the game started I thought we were good. We had two or three great chances. I think Bongani (Khumalo), if it was offside it was maybe fractionally offside with the header with the goal," Hunt told KickOff.

"We had a great chance there and then they got on top of us, in the first-half, certainly in the last 20 minutes. They kept the ball better, we dropped off 10/15 metres which caused the problem."

"Then obviously the red card, now they not really gonna make a game of it in the second half which is understandable. We just couldn't get the final ball. Our final ball in the second half let us down.

"It was a tough game. He's got them going, they are motivated and are a good side.  People won't come here and get points so easily this year."
