Cape Town - Bafana Bafana and Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Andile Jali will attend his bail hearing on Tuesday, October 30 following his arrest for alleged domestic violence.

Despite putting in a man-of-the-match performance on Sunday for the Brazilians in their victory over Chippa United, the 28-year-old ended the weekend off in jail.

According to KickOff website, a case has been opened against Jali for domestic violence and damage to property.

It has been revealed that the player is likely to be granted bail with the case still under investigation.

Meanwhile, The Sunday World reported that the former Orlando Pirates ace has been struggling to steer away from alcohol.

Jali's wife, Nonhle, is said to have informed the club about his alcohol abuse and wants Sundowns to help the player and urge him to go to rehab.

Sundowns are yet to comment on the matter at hand.
