Cape Town - Newly signed Mamelodi Sundowns defender Mosa Lebusa says he is looking forward to a successful career with the Brazilians after joining from Ajax Cape Town.
Lebusa believes joining the Premiership defending champions is a huge step for his career but did not have a problem going down with the Urban Warriors after their relegation from top flight football.
He admitted that he was heartbroken to see the club that shaped his career go down to the National First Division.
The former Urban Warriors skipper is now looking forward to writing a new chapter of his career with the Pitso Mosimane's side.
Lebusa told SABC: "It was very painful to be honest. I came through the club's youth ranks in 2009 and when it happened I was thinking of the boys within the youth structures. There were a lot of things going in my mind.
"It was between the two teams, the spoke about it and here I am. I didn't not mind going down with the team. My whole professional football was at Ajax. But it's painful to be honest.
"My first three weeks at Sundowns have been very nice, it's a big team, different from Ajax and it's a huge step. Since I got here I have been working very hard.
"I would say when I was at Ajax because fairly it’s a young team, when you lose the game it's understandable, but at Sundowns it's different. Winning is the only language they speak.
"You could hear from the changing room when the coach talks. He doesn't accept anything apart from winning."
