Cape Town - If Joseph Molangoane does not get his reportedly desired move to Kaizer Chiefs, he may find it very difficult to get back into the Chippa United side.

Molangoane lodged a case with the Premier Soccer League’s Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) in order to try and get his clearance from the Chilli Boys.

The winger, who was one of Chippa's best players last season, says his contract with the club has expired, but the club claim it has not.

While he awaits the outcome of the DRC hearing, the 28-year-old Molangoane has been sidelined from the action.

And should he not win his case or get his move to Chiefs, he may battle to convince head coach Dan Malesela of a place in the Chippa team.

"When it comes to the playing part, I do not even think about him so he is more like one of those players that were there and now they are gone," Malesela told Goal.com website.

"That's done for me and whatever is happening around his issues, I just do not want to get involved.

"I will just get whatever that comes from the administrators, the sad thing is that it will be a difficulty for me if it has to come to a point where he has to come back to the club or something like that, then that would be a big problem."
