Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane said that "everything went according to plan" after his side's 3-1 victory over Kaizer Chiefs in the Telkom Knockout final on Wednesday night.

Goals from Leonard Castro and Thabo Nthethe gave 'Downs a two-goal lead before Chiefs were awarded two second-half penalties.

However, goalkeeper Denis Onyango kept out both spot-kicks brilliantly to keep his side in the contest.
