Report links Abraw to the Clever Boys

Cape Town - Togo international and former Kaizer Chiefs striker Camaldine Abraw could be set to move to Bidvest Wits, if a recent report is to be believed.

Following two years at Chiefs, Abraw was released by Amakhosi last month after having been unable to make the desired impact since his move from Free State Stars, with his cause not aided by serious injury.

According to the Soccer Laduma website, the Togo international marksman could be set to revive his PSL career, with Gavin Hunt's Bidvest Wits.

"Camaldine Abraw is likely to join Wits. He landed in Mzansi today," a source told the website.

"He has been overseas for the holidays. He is expected to be on his way to Wits. Expect negotiations to be started for the player by the club."

The 26-year-old netted six goals in 26 appearances in all competitions during his time with Amakhosi.
