Cape Town - Giovanni Solinas is looking forward to his first ever clash with Orlando Pirates as Kaizer Chiefs coach and admitted that the Soweto derby is a special game.
The Italian tactician is hopeful that his charges will come the party at the sold-out FNB Stadium, to make it a memorable first Soweto derby experience.
"The derby is a special game. You can breathe the atmosphere. It is our privilege to be part of this derby. It's a football party," Solinas told journalists.
"We won't change our philosophy or preparation because we prepare for all the games in this manner.
"Obviously derby is a particular game, but the motivation is high. It is not necessary to the pressure on players. I want to enjoy this game."
The Amakhosi mentor remains confident that star forward Khama Billiat will be available for the clash with Pirates after missing last weekend's penalty win over Black Leopards in the Telkom Knockout due to injury.
"Khama is our key player and yes, we have great players but again, when you key player is missing you see the difference," Solinas added.
Kick-off is at 15:30.
