Cape Town - You'd do well to find a South African side playing better football than Mamelodi Sundowns right now.

They look a threat whenever they move forward and they possess serious star quality. It has all contributed to an enjoyable 2015 for coach Pitso Mosimane and his men.

Sundowns were crowned Telkom Knockout champions after beating Kaizer Chiefs in Durban, and they then overpowered Orlando Pirates to win 2-0 to move to the top of the PSL table as the domestic season enters its Christmas break.

If Sundowns continue in this fashion, there is no reason that they cannot regain their PSL title that they surrendered to Chiefs last season.

And why should they stop there?

According to goalkeeper Denis Onyango, who was the hero from the TKO win over Chiefs after saving two second half penalties, a treble is very much on the cards.

The Ugandan told Kickoff.com that 'Downs would take it one game at a time, but that a Nedbank Cup win and next season's CAF Champions League were already on the radar.

Sundowns are the reigning Nedbank Cup champions.
