Orlando Pirates coach Josef Zinnbauer says he needs every one of his players fit and fighting ready to take on the challenges that await them in the new year.
Pirates have already lifted silverware this season as they defeated Bloemfontein Celtic for the MTN8 title to end the club's nearly seven-year wait for a trophy.
They are also competing in the CAF Confederation Cup and are leading Sagrada Esperanca 1-0 from their First Round, first-leg clash on Tuesday.
Up next for Bucs is a DStv Premiership clash with league leaders Mamelodi Sundowns on the 2nd of January 2021 - ahead of their CAF second-leg.
They also play joint league leaders Swallows FC to cap off a difficult run of games, all with a number of key players sidelined.
Zinnbauer told the club's website: "I hope we get a good recovery in the next three to four days, I hope the players that were not in the squad due to injury or sickness comes back soon, we need all the players, we have seven or eight games in January.
"We need all the players in the squad, and it is important that they are fit and we can work with the players. If we can work with them in training and on the field, then it is good for us.
"I hope we get the players back soon then we can focus on Sundowns, the second leg, then Swallows. We have a strong program with good opponents, and we need the power."
