Cape Town - South Africa's Kevin Anderson has continued his decline in the men's world rankings and has now dropped out of the world's top 50.

According to the latest rankings released on Monday, Anderson has dropped four places - from 48th to 52nd.

Anderson was last in action last week when he was knocked out of the Stockholm Open in the quarter-finals by Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov.

Anderson's highest ever ranking was 10th in the world towards the end of last year.

But while Anderson is falling, another South African is continuing his rise.

Lloyd Harris has climbed 35 places this week and now sits at 308th in the world.

In the women's rankings, Chanel Simmonds remains SA's highest ranked player in 416th, having dropped five places.
