As twisted as it may seem and as harrowing as the revelations have been, there’s beauty intertwined with sadness in people like Azeem Rafiq and Paul Adams coming out with their stories of allegedly suffering racist abuse.

As strange as this may sound, there is beauty in the madness and sadness in cricket’s current purge of its racist elements.  

South Africa, as it should considering its history, led the way for cricketers coming forward with stories of racism and prejudice within the game.
