Cricket South Africa's members' council president Rihan Richards said it is all systems go for the organisation's highly anticipated annual general meeting that's set for Saturday despite having not communicated with the South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee (Sascoc).

After CSA's members' council and the interim board finally buried the hatchet and saved the organisation from ministerial derecognition at the end of April after the administrative bodies couldn't agree on the alteration of the Memorandum of Incorporation (MoI) to facilitate the appointment of independent board members, Sascoc then stepped in.

The Olympic body did not agree with CSA's amended MoI, an action which saw them butt heads with sports minister Nathi Mthethwa, who at the start of CSA's board issues had asked them to intervene.
