Former Proteas cricketer David Wiese helped the Lahore Qalandars reach the Pakistan Super League final with a superb all-round effort.

The Lahore Qalandars will duel for the title against the Karachi Kings on Tuesday, after sweeping aside the Multan Sultans by 25 runs in the second Eliminator on Sunday.

Wiese was the man-of-the-match - he scored 48 not out off 21 balls to help his side post 182 and then took three for 27 off his allotted four overs as the Sultans were bowled out for 157.

According to ESPNcricinfo, Wiese also took a stunning catch on the boundary to get rid of countryman Rilee Rossouw.

The Karachi Kings earlier made the final when they beat the Multan Sultans in a super over. Another former Proteas player, Wayne Parnell, plays for the Kings.
